In 2022, I had the opportunity to participate in the conception, assembly process and inauguration of the “Moi Cristal” exhibition at the Centre d'art Contemporain de Lacoux (CACL), France. Conceived as a collective exhibition, Moi Cristal explored the political, moral and psychological aspects of transparency. Part of this collective exploration, the work I developed entitled “La vie dans un diamant” turned moral and psychological symbolisms attached to transparency throughout history into small crystallized worlds where the natural and the man made worlds merge into one single hybrid creation.
Transparency and its mutating subjectivity throughout architectural history gain a new geometry which originates in equal intensity from its natural roots in the precious stones world, extensively explored throughout architecture history, as from the modifications and intentions embedded by the human hand and mind.
