RAMIRO 1345

The project consists in the renewal and adaptation of an old house to its new program: a coworking focused on artistic activities. The site houses a pottery studio, a photo studio and a painting studio. Living and service areas are shared among different users. In order to preserve the formal unity of the project, a roof is proposed visually and physically interconnecting the assembly while at the same time providing greater comfort to users during their walks.

The roof is composed of a series of porticos which act as frames and reinforce the perspectives found during the course. Two new annexes are built covering the gables and enabling the creation of a generous garden and living area. The annexes were designed to be constructed quickly and with the least possible waste.
